An online evening with children’s author and illustrator Margaret Sturton, 7 til 9pm on Thursday 3rd December

Margaret is a freelance author and illustrator based in Winchester. Her debut picture book, A Fox Called Herbert, was read by Stephen Fry to support Save the Children UK. Margaret’s second book with Andersen Press will be published in April 2021 and she is currently working on a third.

Inspired by everyday life around her, Margaret dreams up her characters, who often wear funny little shoes and hats, and uses their stories to explore key social issues. The bold colour palette of her instantly recognisable and playful illustrations comes from using colouring pencils and torn up bits of pre-printed paper.

P&G Wells is delighted to present this opportunity to hear Margaret talk about her work and process in detail, including an exclusive look at her second book, followed by a Q&A.

Tickets £10, or £20* including a specially signed copy of A Fox Called Herbert (normal RRP £12.99), from P&G Wells Booksellers.

This is an online event on ZOOM. A link will be sent via email shortly before the event. Tickets are non-refundable. Should you have any difficulty booking a ticket or have any queries on this event, please email us at events@pgwells.co.uk.

If delivery is required, a charge will be added at the checkout.
